Who are we?

Woodbridge Robotics is an award-winning academic team at Woodbridge High School, Irvine, CA, advised by Ms. Jennifer Blackie. It is a combination of two teams, STEAMpunks Alpha and STEAMpunks Bravo, that compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge, a worldwide robotics competition designed for the middle and high school level. We're currently looking for sponsors and mentors that can help support our program! If you're interested, please do not hesitate to contact us at the Contact page on the top right corner or at whsbots@gmail.com.

What Do We Do?

Currently, we are competing in FIRST Tech Challenge's 2022-2023 Season: Ultimate Goal. We have hosted robotics tournaments for younger students and reach out to middle and elementary level students to spread STEAM. We are also planning to host hackathons and workshops for elementary and middle school students, but more information about that will be released later. In addition, we are also in the process of creating YouTube tutorials about some of the basics of robotics to educate the community and inspire others to learn more about robotics and get involved.
